Every time I have asked for track feedback from Amoss from the first track I ever made to the tracks I am releasing in the present, I have always received a detailed response, I think this is the most valuable perk of the Members Club as I always know what I should be working towards or improving on.
It's the refreshing new and qualitative sounds and presets every month that do it for me. The possibility to send a track in for feedback is amazing. The feedback is always really specific and very useful. Heavily recommend for everyone from beginners until long time producers.
I’ve been a Patron of Amoss since May 2020. Although all the content is of awesome value, for me the stand out feature is the in-depth track feedback. Frequently asked questions
01What is included in my subscription?
Every month, your subscription gives you access to 85 samples, 25 Serum presets and a tutorial video. You only have access to the current month’s content. When the new month begins, the previous month’s content is removed and replaced with the new monthly bundle.
02Can I still get access to old content?
Yes. Every past drop lives in the store, and joining gets you a one-time 40% code to catch up on it, discographies included. All previous production packs are available to purchase at amoss-store.com.
03How does billing work?
Billing occurs on the 1st of every month, regardless of the day you joined. Your first payment is charged at sign-up, and future payments will occur on the 1st.
04Can I cancel anytime?
You can cancel anytime. Once cancelled, your Members Zone access ends, and new content will no longer be available.
05How do I download my monthly content?
After signing up, all downloads can be accessed through the 'Members Zone' tab at the top of the page. From there, you can locate the monthly benefits along with all bonus content.
06How do I join the Discord?
You'll get an invite link in the Members Zone once you sign up. It's where members share tracks for feedback, ask questions, and get support within the community.
07How do I submit a track for feedback?
Once you've joined the Discord server, you can privately send 2 tracks per month to Amoss for feedback. Full instructions are available in the server.
08Do I need a specific DAW?
No, while examples are shown in Ableton, the techniques (sound design, mixing, arrangement) apply to any DAW.
09Can I get a replacement download if I lose my files?
Yes! If you ever lose your original files, just get in contact via the chat icon with your email address and purchase receipt, and we'll provide you with a replacement of the lost content.
10Do you offer refunds?
As all content is digital and available for download only, we are unable to offer refunds. If you experience any issues with your purchase, please reach out to us via the chat icon.
