What is included in my subscription?
Every month, your subscription gives you access to 85 samples, 25 Serum presets, and a tutorial video. Once a new month begins, the previous month's content is replaced, so you'll always have access to the latest drop.

Can I still gain access to old content?
Yes you can, all previous production packs are available to purchase at amoss-store.com.

How does billing work?
Billing occurs on the 1st of every month, regardless of the day you joined. Your first payment is charged at sign-up, and future payments will occur on the 1st.

Can I cancel anytime?
You can cancel anytime. Once cancelled, your Members Zone access ends, and new content will no longer be available.

How do I download my monthly benefits?
After purchasing your membership, all downloads can be accessed through the 'Members Zone' tab at the top of the page. From there, you can locate the monthly benefits along with all bonus content.

How do I join the Discord?
You'll get an invite link in the Members Zone once you sign up. It's where members share tracks for feedback, ask questions, and get support within the community.

How do I submit a track for feedback?
Once you've joined the Discord server, you can privately send 2 tracks per month to Amoss for feedback. Full instructions are available in the server.

Do I need a specific DAW?
No, while examples are shown in Ableton, the techniques (sound design, mixing, arrangement) apply to any DAW.

Can I get a replacement download if I lose my files?
Yes! If you ever lose your original files, just get in contact via the chat icon with your purchase receipt, and we'll provide you with a replacement of the lost content.

Do you offer refunds?
As all content is digital and available for download only, we are unable to offer refunds. If you experience any issues with your purchase, please reach out to us via the chat icon.
