02Can I still get access to old content?
Yes. Every past drop lives in the store, and joining gets you a one-time 40% code to catch up on it, discographies included.
03How does billing work?
£16 is taken on the day you join and on the same date each month. Your first payment is charged at sign-up.
04Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, in one click from your account. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for, and everything you have downloaded is yours to keep.
05How do I download my monthly content?
Everything lands in the Members Zone on drop day. Log in, open the current month and download the tutorial, samples and presets.
06How do I join the Discord?
The invite link is in the Members Zone. Join, verify your membership and you will get access to the members channels.
07How do I submit a track for feedback?
Upload a private link in the Members Zone. You can send up to 2 tracks a month, and feedback is delivered at the end of each month.
08Do I need a specific DAW?
No. Samples work in any DAW and the techniques carry over. Tutorials are recorded in Ableton Live; you need Serum for the presets and Ableton for the effect racks.
09Can I get a replacement download if I lose my files?
Yes, while you are a member. Past drops stay in your Members Zone, so you can re-download them at any time.
10Do you offer refunds?
Digital content cannot be returned once downloaded, so there are no refunds on a month that has already been accessed. Cancel anytime and you will not be billed again.
