Refund policy
All purchases on this website are for a digital subscription product. By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing according to the plan selected at checkout.
Subscriptions
Your subscription will renew automatically at the interval stated at checkout (e.g. monthly or annually) unless cancelled before the next billing date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us at support@yourdomain.com. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Because this is a digital subscription service, we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, or accidental renewals once access has been granted.
In some cases, refunds may be issued at our discretion for:
- duplicate charges
- technical billing errors
- proven unauthorised transactions
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future billing but will not retroactively refund past payments.
EU / UK Customers
Where applicable under EU/UK consumer law, you may have a 14-day right to withdraw from your subscription purchase.
However, by starting your subscription and accessing the service immediately after purchase, you agree that the service begins immediately and you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may be lost once access has started.
