Subscription purchases

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to recurring billing based on the plan selected at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.


Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us.

Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again unless you choose to resubscribe.


Refunds

We do not provide refunds for:

  • unused subscription time
  • partial billing periods
  • accidental renewals after the billing cycle has started

Refunds may only be issued where required by law or in cases such as:

  • duplicate charges
  • billing errors
  • unauthorised transactions
  • verified technical issues preventing access

EU / UK consumer rights

Where applicable under UK/EU consumer law, you may have a 14-day right to withdraw from your purchase.

However, by purchasing and accessing the subscription immediately after checkout, you agree that performance begins immediately. You acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may be lost once access to the service has started.
